3 Helpful Tips for Writing Intentions

Hello Tribe,

Writing intentions is a healthy and necessary part of your self-love journey. As you dutifully work towards creating a mindset fixated around the abundance that is calling you, writing intentions is likely on you to-do list. So here's the 4-1-1 on writing intentions.

Center your mind on joy and/or gratitude. Your vibe not only attracts your tribe, but it also attracts your reality. When you're writing your intentions, it is important that you are vibrating at a high space. Calling on peace and joy and centering yourself into that mindset is the perfect vibration to setting the tone for writing your intentions. Try to avoid writing into your "in that feeling." Once you're there, the flow of what you are asking for and what you need to say will almost just call you. You are tuned in to the frequency which is necessary for manifestation.

Be clear about what you want. There is power in clarity. We've discussed this before. Think about how bold your energy is when you're sure of what you want. In your mind, there is absolutely no reason why you cannot have what you are seeking and you know what? YOU ARE RIGHT! There isn't. This same clear, passionate vantage point is exactly what you need to carry when you're writing your intentions. Be very clear about what you want and write as detailed as you can without feeling any resistance.

Use bold ink or marker. Ink color actually makes a big difference. Who knew?! But it does. When you're writing your intentions, you are making a bold petition with the universe. You are saying that you are clear about what you want. Using bold sharpie markers or powerful ink colors clearly communicates this message to the universe. It says "I am sure." With that being said, I would recommend using a black sharpie, a red pen or a green ink. The black sharpie and the red pen can be used interchangeably  as they are both bold colors. The green is great when you are asking for abundance especially in matters connected to money.
