Today is the first day of a new year.
At least as we celebrate it in the western world.
There are so many ways to approach the newness that is here.
One amazing way, is to use the new energy to set intentions for the year by writing yourself a letter of what you would like to see for the year.
Scripting is a writing method that allows you to tell the story as you would like it to go.
Start by clearing your mind. Sit with yourself in meditation. Notice your breath. Practice balanced breathing. If you need guidance you can click here to listen to one of our guided meditations.
Once your mind is clear think about all of the things you hope to see and accomplish this year. What things jump out to you? Take command by writing your story as you would like it to go. Be as detailed as possible. Envision it happening as you write your story. Feel the emotions of obtaining the life that you dream.
Here are some questions to help you really manifest what you want
What are your deepest desires?
What direction do you want your life to go?
What would make you feel happy?
Who are what are important players in your story?
What do you think about the most?
...and then write!
Once you're done you can leave it in your journal or fold it up and put it on your self-care alter or a special space in your home. Go back to it frequently and read it to yourself.
Remember, you are constantly manifesting whether you intend to or not.This is your opportunity to take control of your life.
